Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using Humdine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 2. Description of Service Humdine provides restaurant back-office software, including purchase order management, invoice processing, inventory tracking, payroll, and an AI assistant (collectively, the "Service"). Features available depend on your subscription plan. 3. Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@humdine.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 4. Subscriptions and Fees Paid plans are billed on a monthly per-location basis. Fees are charged in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. If payment fails we may suspend access after a grace period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code. - Transmit malware or interfere with the Service's integrity. - Resell or sublicense access without our written consent. 6. Data and Privacy Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 7. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Humdine and its licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. 8. Termination Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humdine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
