For questions about this policy, contact us at support@humdine.com. 2. Information We Collect Account data: Name, email address, and password when you sign up. Business data: Purchase orders, invoices, inventory, payroll records, and other content you enter into the Service. Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and browser/device information collected automatically. Payment data: Billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. 3. How We Use Your Information - Provide, maintain, and improve the Service. - Process payments and manage subscriptions. - Send transactional emails (account verification, invoices, alerts). - Respond to support requests. - Comply with legal obligations. 4. Cookies and Local Storage We use cookies to maintain your authentication session (strictly necessary). We use localStorage to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. 5. Third-Party Services We share data with the following sub-processors: - Supabase — Database and authentication. - Stripe — Payment processing. - Resend — Transactional email delivery. - Anthropic — AI features (invoice scanning, assistant). Data sent to Anthropic is not used to train their models under our API agreement. 6. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After termination, data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us. 7. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to support@humdine.com. 8. Security We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. 9. Children The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. 10.
